Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is perfectly situated right at the center of Lisbon, offering easy access to everything you might need. The rooms have a European decor and feature one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on, with an amazing view from the 10th floor. Although slightly outdated, they are impeccably clean and tidy; some modernization could enhance the experience. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional, some of the best we've encountered in a long time, reflecting the renowned Four Seasons brand. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is excellent, nestled just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Lisbon near the beautiful park of Eduardo VII, only 4 km from the city center. It's a fantastic central spot with easy access to restaurants and key attractions. As for the dining experience, it's up to the impeccable Four Seasons standard, offering a feast of delicious dishes and wines that are a pure delight. The facilities of the hotel are top-notch, providing everything you could desire for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel is a true gem with its European decorations and incredibly comfortable beds, though the lingering smell of cigarettes can be a downside. The service is top-notch and always attentive, making for a pleasant stay. The location offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, with everything within reach except for the art museum.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern art, plenty of comfortable seating, and lovely floral arrangements, but they could use a bit of updating. The service behind the Concierge desk was the best I have ever experienced, reflecting the impeccable standards of the Four Seasons brand without being too formal. The location was perfect, discreetly nestled near a small shopping area and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. Dining in the restaurant was a delightful experience with delicious and plentiful food to enjoy. Overall, a great place with some room for improvement in certain areas.
